Position: Senior Accountant for Madison Group

Reporting to the VP of Accounting, this senior position calls for a deep understanding of accounting principles specific to real estate. You will manage full-cycle accounting tasks while preparing annual financial statements and ensuring compliance during audits. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare annual financial statements for real estate projects

• Manage full-cycle accounting and reconciliations

• Assist in auditing and external reporting processes

• Oversee accounts payable and tenant billing

• Analyze project costs and maintain project budgets

Requirements:

• CPA designation or working towards it

• Minimum 8 years of relevant accounting experience

• Familiarity with real estate management accounting

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
