In this senior role, you will specialize in client interactions and oversee audit teams at RSM's inclusive non-profit assurance practice. You'll develop industry insights, coordinate audits, and help clients navigate complex financial landscapes. This position entails training associates, enhancing client communication, and addressing concerns proactively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional client service and meet audit expectations

• Develop industry-specific insights for tailored solutions

• Train and supervise Audit Associates on engagements

• Monitor productivity and adherence to work plans

• Communicate accounting issues to senior staff effectively

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) or equivalent degree

• 2 years' experience in public accounting environments

• CPA Certification or progress towards it

• Knowledge of ASPE, ASNPO, and GAAS regulations

• Ability to act in-charge on engagements
