Bookkeeper for a group of construction companies
Company is located in Toronto.
Job Description s:- Accounts payables and receivables
- Monthly reconciliatio n
- Payroll
- WSIB filing
- HST filing
- Other bookkeeping tasks
- Processing any incoming or outgoing mail either electronically or manually
- Reporting any rule infractions, building upkeep, maintenance requirements, or tenant issues to the Property Manager
- Investigating and resolving any complaints made by tenants
- Helping with the marketing of the building when required
- Sorting through, verifying, and processing tenant applications
- Coordinating with contractors for repairs and facility maintenance
- Inspecting apartments during move-in and move-out days
- Previous bookkeeping experience
- Intermediate knowledge of Quickbooks and Microsoft Office, strong Excel skills
- Must enjoy working independently
- Able to handle challenges
- Great attention to details
- Start at 30 hours/week (10am-4pm) and grow to a full-time position
- Salary commensurate with experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
