Join RSM to play a vital role in coordinating audits of complex financial statements. As a Senior Assurance Associate, you will develop deep knowledge of client businesses and address specific needs. You will also train Audit Associates and supervise engagements while anticipating client concerns and facilitating communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely audit service to exceed client expectations

• Develop insight into client’s business needs and compliance

• Train and supervise Audit Associates on engagements

• Interact with clients to streamline information flow

• Communicate significant accounting matters to management

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) or equivalent degree

• 2 years recent public accounting experience

• Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and GAAS regulations

• CPA Certification or progress towards obtaining it

• Ability to lead engagements and offer constructive feedback
