Position: Lead Senior Accountant Across Regions
Take charge as a Senior Accountant overseeing comprehensive accounting operations in North America and Europe. This expert role involves managing payroll, financial reporting, and compliance tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

As a Senior Accountant, you will lead daily accounting processes across various regions, focusing on areas such as accounts payable, journal entries, and vendor payments. Your key responsibilities include supporting full-cycle accounting operations using Net Suite, preparing financial reports for leadership, and managing payroll across multiple countries. This role also offers the opportunity for collaboration with external auditors and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions

• Oversee multi-country payroll processing

• Prepare financial reports for board-level presentations

• Conduct monthly and annual financial reconciliations

• Innovate accounting systems for improved accuracy

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required

• At least 3 years of relevant multi-currency accounting experience

• Proficient in Office 365 and Net Suite software

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Bilingual in English and Spanish or German preferred
