Position: International Tax Manager at RSM

RSM Canada is expanding its Canadian tax practice with a focus on inbound and outbound clients. The International Tax Manager will leverage expertise in international tax compliance and consulting while contributing to business growth initiatives. Your critical thinking and problem-solving skills will drive solutions for our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple tax engagements across various jurisdictions

• Mentor and train junior staff for professional growth

• Analyze and apply the Income Tax Act on complex issues

• Identify and communicate growth opportunities to clients

• Collaborate with colleagues from different jurisdictions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

• Minimum five years' public accounting experience

• Expertise in international tax compliance and consulting

• Active CPA, JD, or completion of In-Depth Tax Program

• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
