This role requires hands-on experience with accounts payable processes, including invoice management, vendor relations, and payment scheduling. You will maintain vendor master data and support month-end closings while ensuring compliance during audits. Strong organizational skills will help you prioritize tasks and communicate effectively with teams and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full accounts payable cycle from invoice to payment
• Maintain and verify vendor relationships and banking details
• Execute timely check runs and electronic transfers
• Support month-end closing through reconciliations and reporting
• Document and assist during internal and external audits
Requirements:
• Minimum of two years in accounts payable or full-cycle accounting
• Proficiency in ERP or accounting software
• Detail-oriented with high transaction volume management
• Effective communication skills with internal and external parties
• Residency in Greater Toronto Area required
Utilize your AP expertise and organizational skills to support financial operations effectively.
