Project Accountant at Bosch Building Technologies

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly variance analyses to manage project budgets

• Conduct invoicing meetings with Project Managers

• Prepare compliance documentation, including waivers and insurance

• Review and set up construction contracts accurately

• Enter change orders and produce customer invoices

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of project accounting experience

• Familiar with progress draw invoicing and billing portals

• Intermediate Excel skills necessary

• Detail-oriented, organized approach to problem-solving

• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
