Senior Manager Canadian Tax Planning

In this senior role, you will manage tax planning initiatives while advising clients on reorganizations, tax-efficient structuring, and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead tax planning for private corporations and partnerships

• Advise on reorganizations and tax-efficient structuring

• Review tax memos and CRA audit responses

• Oversee tax return filing, including T1 and T2

• Compute safe income and Lifetime Capital Gains Exemption

Requirements:

• 7+ years in Canadian tax, with a focus on private enterprises

• Strong experience in tax calculations and returns

• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and tax software

• CPA designation preferred; LL.B. or MTax considered assets

• Proven capability in managing complex tax engagements
