Position: Part-Time Accounting Coordinator Role
Join an industrial equipment supply team as a part-time Accounting Coordinator, assisting the accounting department with various operational tasks. Your attention to detail will help maintain financial accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.

The ideal candidate will support accounts payable and receivable, ensuring smooth financial activities for our client. This role includes key responsibilities such as transaction processing, month-end closing assistance, and payroll coordination. You'll work independently while contributing to accurate record-keeping and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support accounts payable and receivable functions

• Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations

• Maintain organized financial records and documentation

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

• Respond to internal and external accounting inquiries

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or relevant experience

• 1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping knowledge

• Familiarity with accounting software; SPIRE is a plus

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
