Lumine Group is seeking a skilled Senior Internal Auditor to spearhead its newly established internal audit function. This position will work directly under the Director of Internal Audit, assessing internal control processes and executing audits related to financial, operational, ITGC, and compliance areas. You'll contribute to enhancing the audit framework within a diverse, fast-paced environment, ensuring robust documentation and timely remediation of control gaps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and report organization-wide risk assessments

• Assess internal control process designs for effectiveness

• Execute compliance audits and suggest improvements

• Prepare high-quality audit reports for management

• Monitor adherence to accounting policies and frameworks

Requirements:

• CPA designation required; CIA or CISA preferred

• 3+ years of audit experience in a global context

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and risk management

• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail

• Self-motivated with a strong problem-solving mindset
