Position: Property Accountant at Nicola Wealth

As a Property Accountant, you will handle all aspects of financial reporting for our diverse real estate clients. This includes preparing journal entries, balance sheets, and assisting with annual audits. Your contributions will directly support our commitment to delivering exceptional client service and operational excellence in property management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare full cycle accounting including journal entries and reports

• Assist in client monthly and quarterly financial reporting

• Ensure timely preparation of year-end audit requirements

• Support annual budgeting process for managed properties

• Provide accurate accounting information to Property Management

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in commercial property accounting

• Post-secondary degree in accounting or CPA designation

• Proficient in Excel and accounting software, YARDI a plus

• Strong analytical skills for financial reporting

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
