Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct monthly variance analysis for projects' financial health

• Facilitate monthly invoicing meetings with Project Managers

• Prepare and manage compliance documentation for projects

• Review and set up construction contracts in the system

• Generate compliant customer invoices and necessary backups

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year in project accounting or similar field

• Experience with progress draw invoicing and billing portals

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel

• Knowledge of long-term contracts in construction accounting

• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
