RSM is looking for an Assurance Manager to enhance its public sector assurance practice for clients across Ontario and Quebec.
Your role includes auditing financial statements, leading teams, and maintaining close client engagement to meet their objectives. Bring your expertise in GAAP and team management to ensure projects meet both quality and profitability standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee audit coordination and client deliverables
• Monitor engagement team productivity
• Communicate performance improvements to staff
• Develop organization-wide training initiatives
• Address client concerns proactively
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree
• CPA, CA, ACCA Certification required
• 5+ years public accounting experience
• Bilingual in English and French
• 4+ years of team lead or in-charge experience
