  • Gain exposure to a sophisticated payroll environment supporting multiple legal entities and cross-border operations.
  • Enjoy a hybrid work model that supports both collaboration and flexibility.
Your Responsibilities
  • You’ll oversee end-to-end payroll operations for Canadian and U.S. employees, ensuring payroll is processed accurately and on schedule.
  • You’ll review payroll activity, identify discrepancies, and provide quality oversight before payroll is finalized.
  • You’ll support a Payroll Associate by providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and day-to-day direction on payroll matters.
  • You’ll manage payroll across multiple legal entities, including complex compensation elements such as bonuses and long-term incentive programs.
  • You’ll work within ADP Workforce Now while partnering with internal stakeholders and external payroll providers to ensure compliance across jurisdictions.
Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of progressive payroll experience, including recent U.S. payroll exposure within the past five years.
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing complex Canadian and U.S. payroll operations, including multi-state payroll, taxes, and 401(k) administration.
