As a vital part of the Finance team at Nexus, you will assist with financial record maintenance, tax filings, and monthly reporting. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct accounts receivable analysis and assist with collections

• Record journal entries and oversee accurate ledger maintenance

• Complete corporate tax filings including HST and payroll taxes

• Prepare financial statements and perform variance analysis

• Work with auditors and provide necessary financial documentation

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in accounting or a related field

• Proficiency in Quick Books Online and MS Office Suite

• Understanding of accrual accounting and currency management

• A minimum of 1-2 years accounting experience
