Position: Payroll Analyst US
Elevate your payroll career with Restaurant Brands International as a Payroll Analyst focusing on Canada and the U.S. Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance for iconic brands like Tim Hortons and Burger King.

In this vital role, you will be part of a team responsible for timely payroll activities. You'll oversee payroll validation, ensure data integrity, and maintain compliance with Canadian and U.S. regulations. Collaborating closely with Payroll managers and business stakeholders will be essential to effectively address payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support payroll activities for Canadian and U.S. markets

• Validate earnings and deductions before payroll completion

• Assist in payroll tax activities and reconciliations

• Maintain accurate payroll records and reporting files

• Partner with HR on payroll-related inquiries

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of payroll experience with Canadian focus

• Foundational knowledge of CRA regulations and payroll taxes

• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
