Position: Senior Internal Auditor at Aviso
Join Aviso's Internal Audit team as a Senior Internal Auditor, leading evaluations of risk management and internal controls. Execute audits with precision and enhance governance processes while adhering to IIA standards.

This position reports to the Manager of Internal Audit, where you'll conduct audit engagements and recommend improvements to internal controls. With over 5 years of experience needed, you’ll communicate findings with management and engage with stakeholders, solidifying your role as a trusted business partner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead audit engagements and follow-up reviews independently

• Deliver high-quality work timely and in IIA compliance

• Plan and summarize audit activities professionally

• Communicate findings and agree on risk mitigation actions

• Liaise with third-party auditors for efficient audits

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in accounting or finance

• Relevant CPA, CIA, or similar certification

• 5+ years in internal audit, preferably in financial services

• Ability to interact with senior management

• Experience with audit software and data analytics
