Become an Accountant with GH Renovations Inc. in North York, ON. This role involves hands-on AP/AR tasks, contractor payments, and collaboration within a supportive team environment.
As a full-time Accountant, you will take charge of daily financial operations, process transactions in Quick Books Online, and engage in reconciliations. Your focus on accuracy, effective communication, and team work will be essential in maintaining client trust and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process all accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Enter financial data into Quick Books Online effectively
• Ensure accurate contractor payments through documentation
• Conduct bank and account reconciliations monthly
• Follow up on outstanding invoices with customers
Requirements:
• Previous experience in bookkeeping or a related field
• Proficiency in Quick Books Online is required
• Strong detail orientation and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent communication abilities with team members
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Office applications
