Key Responsibilities:

• Design scalable financial compliance solutions for incentive compensation

• Ensure data integrity and audit readiness across implementations

• Serve as the senior point for accounting escalations

• Develop frameworks for commission accounting best practices

• Partner cross-functionally to influence product enhancements

Requirements:

• 7+ years in financial modeling or data reporting

• Background in Accounting or Finance, CPA or equivalent

• Proven experience with financial system design

• Advanced Excel skills; SQL familiarity preferred

• Strong analytical skills in a client-facing role
