Payroll Processing Specialist at Osler

In this role, you will support the Compensation and Benefits team with responsibilities covering every step of the payroll cycle. A minimum of three years of payroll experience in a Canadian context is essential, along with a solid understanding of payroll compliance. You'll perform audits, troubleshoot discrepancies, and manage payroll reporting using UKG Pro or equivalent systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute full-cycle payroll from data validation to reporting
• Prepare and reconcile payroll input files and adjustments
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and compliance issues
• Process any off-cycle payments with accuracy
• Maintain payroll documentation abiding by regulations
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of related payroll experience
• Solid grasp of Canadian payroll laws and compliance
• Hands-on experience with UKG Pro or similar systems
• Detail-oriented approach in a high-volume setting
• Experience in a legal or professional services environment
Contribute to a strong payroll process at Osler, supporting both compliance and employee satisfaction.
