You will manage all aspects of financial reporting, ensure compliance, and drive process optimization using AI. Your leadership will guide a finance team while enhancing essential accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable accounting processes and controls

• Evaluate internal programs for automation opportunities

• Oversee accounting and payroll day-to-day operations

• Lead and coach a team of four accountants

• Manage month-end closings and external financial reports

Requirements:

• CPA designation is required

• Minimum of 7 years in finance and accounting

• Strong US compliance and reporting knowledge

• Experience with Net Suite is required

• Capable of managing payroll processes
