Accounting Co-op Student

Position: Accounting Co-op Student at Kinectrics
Elevate your career with Kinectrics as an Accounting Co-op Student in Toronto. This on-site, 8-month role focuses on accounts receivable, payable, and general accounting tasks.

Kinectrics seeks a third or fourth-year student currently enrolled in Accounting or Finance. With opportunities for networking and mentorship, you'll gain hands-on experience and learn the ins and outs of the industry. You'll also have priority consideration for future employment post-graduation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare remittance sheets for deposits and enter data

• Update A/R aging in SAP and maintain notes

• Mail invoices to clients efficiently

• Manage the Purchase Order database and related data

• Assist with bank reconciliations and journal entries

Requirements:

• Current enrollment in undergraduate Accounting or Finance program

• Previous co-op experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Availability for an 8-month co-op placement
