This full-time opportunity focuses on revenue administration, rent increase processing, and tenant account maintenance. Successful candidates will leverage skills in financial reporting, compliance with legislation, and reporting on tenant accounts. Being detail-oriented and organized will be essential to thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Calculate and distribute Notices of Rent Increase for tenants
• Maintain accurate records of rent increases and AGI documentation
• Respond to inquiries regarding rent increases and tenancy guidelines
• Process move-ins, move-outs, and lease adjustments monthly
• Prepare monthly A/R and vacancy reports and reconciliations
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education preferred in Accounting or Business Administration
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications
• Familiarity with accounting principles and property management software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
