This permanent, full-time Associate Director role allows you to lead a team of Fund Accountants in delivering top-tier accounting services to private equity fund clients. You will coordinate with various financial entities to ensure timely completion of NAVs, while also implementing efficient client reporting and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full range of fund accounting services

• Train and supervise a team of Fund Accountants

• Work with banks and custodians to facilitate smooth service

• Approve fund expenses and fee calculations

• Create improvements for NAV processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

• Significant experience in fund administration and staff management

• Expertise in IFRS, US GAAP, and Singapore GAAP

• Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel

• Knowledge of accounting software beneficial
