Crown is looking for a skilled Property Accountant to support efficient financial reporting for its diverse portfolio. The role involves maintaining property accounting records, preparing monthly financial statements, and assisting in budget preparations. Strong analytical and organizational skills are crucial for success in this position, as you'll also work directly with property management teams to address financial inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accounting records for assigned commercial properties

• Generate monthly financial statements and supporting schedules

• Assist in capital project reconciliations

• Enter journal entries and A/R adjustments

• Support property administration with financial inquiries

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Accounting or related field

• Minimum 1-3 years in commercial property accounting

• Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Yardi

• Strong analytical and time management skills

• CPA designation or pursuit preferred
