As the Accounts Payable Team Supervisor, you will oversee the accurate processing of invoices and employee expenses, while fostering vendor relationships s role involves monitoring team performance, conducting training, and collaborating with business owners to align processes. You'll also be responsible for optimizing procedures and ensuring documentation accessibility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise tasks and performance of accounts payable team
• Evaluate and approve vendor setups and transactions
• Monitor compliance with internal controls and regulations
• Generate monthly reports for management feedback
• Participate in financial close processes explicitly
Requirements:
• Degree in business or accounting required
• 5–6 years of accounts payable experience
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Proven deadline management in changing environments
