Your role will involve liaising with vendors and internal departments for payment approvals, ensuring accurate cash management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor invoices and maintain source documents

• Respond to vendor inquiries and communications

• Obtain approvals for invoices from department heads

• Generate sales invoices and maintain organizing tasks

• Assist with daily cash management and record bank deposits

Requirements:

• Recent graduate or enrolled in accounting or finance program

• Previous accounting or finance experience preferred

• Strong organizational skills for documentation

• Familiarity with financial software systems

• Ability to assist in month-end closing tasks
