RSM plans to expand its Lending team with a new Assurance Senior Associate specializing in banking and specialty finance. You will coordinate thorough audits and understand industry-specific needs, while mentoring Audit Associates. This position demands anticipating client concerns and ensuring efficient information flow during audits, anchored by RSM's Global Audit Methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage audits of financial statements and related disclosures

• Provide training and supervision for Audit Associates

• Identify and communicate audit issues effectively

• Deliver constructive feedback regarding financial reporting

• Facilitate productive client-audit team interactions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

• At least 2 years of experience in public accounting

• In-depth knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, GAAS

• CPA Certification or related progress

• Experience leading audit engagements and teams
