As a Technical Accounting Manager at Rumble, you will provide essential leadership and oversight for technical accounting issues. This includes preparing accounting position papers and collaborating with business stakeholders on compliance matters.

Your role will be pivotal in fostering strong interdepartmental relationships while ensuring adherence to evolving financial standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present accounting position papers for complex topics

• Consult on accounting implications of various business transactions

• Support financial reporting and SOX compliance activities

• Act as a subject matter expert on technical accounting

• Liaise with external auditors for annual audits and reviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance required

• CPA certification essential

• Minimum of 5 years in progressive accounting roles

• In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP

• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
