Candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in finance roles, especially within architecture, will excel. Your responsibilities will include processing invoices in Elevia and Deltek Vision, facilitating expense payments, and meeting reporting deadlines. Your ability to adapt and collaborate enhances our accounting team's success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process invoices, ensuring accurate project and account coding
• Manage weekly cheque runs for vendor payments
• Execute RBC Tax payments and preparations
• Set up new vendors for electronic payments
• Support annual audits and financial reporting needs
Requirements:
• Diploma in accounting and/or related discipline
• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong grasp of MS Office and ERP software
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented mindset and ability to meet deadlines
