Accelerate your career with Sun Life's CPA Leadership Rotational Program, starting in August 2027. Experience hands-on finance roles while earning your CPA in a full-time, structured environment.
Our program offers ambitious graduates a unique 2+1 rotational experience across Accounting and Finance. Participants engage in diverse projects, gaining CPA-approved experience while exploring areas such as data analytics, automation, and finance transformation. This program not only builds technical skills but also develops leadership capabilities for the future of finance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete three one-year rotations in finance areas
• Collaborate with experienced CPA mentors
• Gain exposure to finance transformation and analytics
• Develop problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Participate in leadership development experiences
Requirements:
• Graduating between April 2026 and September 2027
• Eligible for CPA Professional Program
• Minimum GPA of 70% across 120 credits
• Strong foundation in accounting principles
• Eager to embrace innovation and change
