Become a Payroll Tax Analyst with Dayforce, where you ensure tax accuracy and compliance for clients. This role is key in conducting audits and processing payroll tax adjustments.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring client payroll taxes are compliant and accurate as a Payroll Tax Analyst. Requiring 3+ years of relevant experience, you will handle audits, pre-funding requests, and employee tax reviews while staying abreast of compliance updates. Your efforts will keep clients’ payroll taxes in check.
Key Responsibilities:
• Audit payroll tax commits for accuracy
• Process customer requests for tax adjustments
• Review W-4 exemptions for reasonability
• Perform year-end audits to prevent discrepancies
• Manage and reconcile tax code fallouts
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in payroll tax experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• Certification in FPC or CPP needed within two years
• Strong analytical and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
