Position: BDO Senior Accountant Assurance Role
Advance your professional journey with BDO as a Senior Accountant in the GTA focused on assurance. Lead audits, manage client relationships, and apply your accounting expertise.

Based in Toronto, Oakville, or Markham, you will take charge of audit and review engagements. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, coordinating year-end assurance for various industries, and using your knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP. Being proactive in client service and business development will be key to your role at BDO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits and reviews with regulatory compliance

• Prepare working papers and financial documents thoroughly

• Manage year-end assurance engagements effectively

• Build relationships to ensure high client satisfaction

• Support business growth by identifying expansion opportunities

Requirements:

• CPA designation is mandatory

• At least 3 years of audit experience in public accounting

• Proficiency in IFRS and/or US GAAP standards

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving abilities
