RSM is looking for a passionate Assurance Senior Associate to facilitate audits within our renowned Lending team. In this engaging role, you’ll enhance client relationships, ensure audit efficiency, and lead a team of Audit Associates to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional client service during audits

• Guide and train Audit Associates on engagements

• Communicate essential audit findings and improvements

• Prepare comprehensive reports and deficiency letters

• Identify industry-related accounting and auditing issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) or equivalent

• At least 2 years of relevant public accounting experience

• Strong grasp of audit principles and regulations

• Current CPA Certification or pursuit

• Proven leadership on audit assignments
