This key position focuses on executing the annual audit plan in alignment with IIA Global Internal Audit Standards. As part of Canada Guaranty’s Internal Audit team, you will lead process walkthroughs, assess operational effectiveness, and identify process improvements. Strong collaboration with management is essential for delivering insightful audit findings and facilitating successful corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process walkthroughs to evaluate key controls

• Execute and assess operational effectiveness of audit tests

• Identify actionable observations and process enhancements

• Support audit planning and present findings clearly

• Monitor implementation of corrective actions with management

Requirements:

• University degree in business administration or accounting

• CPA, CIA, or relevant risk management designation

• Minimum 4 years in internal audit or risk consulting

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Commitment to quality delivery and customer experience
