Key Responsibilities:

• Design processes that scale with company growth

• Lead daily accounting and payroll operations

• Mentor and develop a team of four accountants

• Manage month-end close and financial reporting duties

• Oversee audits and complex transaction evaluations

Requirements:

• CPA designation and over 7 years in finance

• Proficiency in US financial compliance and Net Suite

• Experience in leading audits and managing payroll

• Capability to implement key controls efficiently

• Strong motivation to work autonomously and take ownership
