Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full cycle accounting and financial report preparation

• Help in creating monthly and quarterly financial summaries

• Prepare year-end audit packages and tax reconciliations

• Deliver timely accounting support to property management teams

Requirements:

• 2-5 years experience in commercial property accounting

• Bachelor's in accounting or CPA certification

• Expertise in Excel and property accounting software

• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
