ESC is in search of an Accounting Technician to assist in various financial and bookkeeping tasks.

Your role will focus on processing vendor payables, preparing bank reports, and ensuring all financial reconciliations are conducted carefully. Collaboration with other departments ensures all compliance measures are met while safeguarding company assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor and bank payable in a timely manner

• Prepare accurate redemption and financial reports

• Reconcile accounts and manage daily banking activities

• Maintain and update accounting records diligently

• Handle administrative tasks as directed

Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in accounting required

• Proficient in Quickbooks and standard accounting processes

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Capable of accurate record keeping

• Prior administrative experience in accounting functions
