Become a key player in Dream Machine FX's Finance team as the Assistant Manager of Accounting and Reporting. Drive financial integrity, reporting, and compliance initiatives.
This full-time role, located in Ontario, Quebec, or British Columbia, requires a candidate with a Bachelor's in Accounting and a minimum of five years' experience in financial reporting. You will play a vital role in overseeing ledger activities and first-rate audit preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate posting and maintain general ledger integrity
• Lead process for month-end closes and balance sheet reviews
• Solve intercompany reconciliation issues and manage costs
• Align cash flow forecasts with operational needs
• Prepare documentation for audits and compliance requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Over 5 years of hands-on accounting experience
• Knowledge of lease accounting standards and intercompany practices
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
