We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Payable Administrator with a Bachelor’s degree and at least four years’ experience in the field. A strong understanding of financial reconciliation and proficiency in Quickbooks is required, plus an appreciation for the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and record accounts payable transactions

• Ensure vendor accounts are reconciled diligently

• Process and prepare expense reports efficiently

• Reconcile credit card statements with purchases

• Update Wisk inventory with beverage orders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

• 4+ years of accounts payable experience

• Strong Quickbooks skills

• Prior hospitality experience preferred

• Openness to international experience
