Position: Controller Role with Harlo Entertainment
Join Harlo Entertainment in Toronto as a Controller, overseeing financial reports and supporting dynamic hospitality brands. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in accounting principles and operations management.

In this essential finance role, you will manage comprehensive accounting cycles and ensure timely financial reporting for our diverse portfolio. Reporting to the VP of Finance, your expertise in IFRS/ASPE will be critical as you liaise with external accounting firms and maintain key partnerships with financial stakeholders. Your contributions will help sustain our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the month-end close process

• Manage external accounting firm engagements effectively

• Analyze financial statements and resolve discrepancies

• Maintain organizational documents and support tax requirements

• Cultivate team growth with training initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related field

• Minimum of 5-7 years' experience

• Familiarity with Sage Intacct and ERP systems

• Meticulous with strong organizational skills

• Curious and proactive approach to tasks
