JLL is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to support its Canadian payroll functions. With over seven years of progressive multi-provincial payroll experience, you will utilize your PLP certification to manage the full payroll lifecycle, maintain compliance with CPP and EI, and implement automation initiatives. Your expert knowledge of Canadian legislation will be key in preparing critical government filings and leading audit preparations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multi-provincial payroll processing for Canada

• Manage full payroll lifecycle including new hires and terminations

• Ensure compliance with federal and provincial tax regulations

• Serve as subject matter expert for payroll systems

• Generate analytics for executive review

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Canadian payroll experience

• PLP certification is mandatory

• Expert understanding of payroll regulations

• Strong enterprise payroll system expertise

• Exceptional Excel skills and attention to detail
