Position: Manufacturing Staff Accountant Role

This role requires a Staff Accountant with 3 to 5 years of accounting experience, particularly within manufacturing. You will be tasked with preparing journal entries, reconciling general ledger accounts, and supporting annual budget preparation. Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills are critical in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post journal entries; reconcile accounts

• Contribute to month end close and compliance audits

• Maintain and manage fixed asset records

• Support the preparation of financial reports

• Assist in conducting specialized financial analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting

• 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience

• Strong skills in ERP software, especially Netsuite

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial tools

• Exceptional communication and detail-oriented skills
