Position: Uline Accounts Receivable Specialist Role
Join Uline in Milton, ON as an Accounts Receivable Specialist, where finance meets exceptional customer service. Your expertise will directly impact timely payments and rapport with customers.

In this role at Uline’s Toronto branch, you will manage a portfolio of accounts, identifying and resolving past-due balances through proactive communication. Your documentation of collection activities and interactions will be vital, along with collaborating with Cash Applications and Sales teams to enhance the customer experience across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly manage customer accounts via phone and email

• Resolve overdue balances by working with clients

• Keep precise records of all customer interactions

• Partner with internal teams to lower aging balances

• Continually seek improvements in our processes

Requirements:

• High school diploma mandatory;
Bachelor’s preferred

• 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable or collections

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent communication and customer-oriented mindset
