Position: Junior Accountant at Xanadu

We seek a motivated individual with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 0-2 years of experience. Key duties include recording transactions, preparing reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, while supporting a culture of innovation and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and journal entries

• Prepare monthly reconciliations for general ledger accounts

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP/IFRS

• Support financial audits by preparing required documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 0–2 years of accounting experience

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Good communication and collaboration abilities

• Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
