We are looking for a recent graduate or current student in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree program in accounting or finance. In this co-op role, you will engage in month-end closing activities while performing general accounting tasks like journal entries and invoice management. Effective communication with department heads and vendors will be crucial for successful operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately manage and code vendor invoices

• Communicate and resolve inquiries with vendors

• Collaborate with department heads for invoice approvals

• Organize documentation for audits and records

• Record bank deposits and manage daily cash tasks

Requirements:

• Recent graduate or student in accounting or finance

• Preferably some previous experience in accounting

• Attention to detail in financial documentation

• Basic understanding of cash management processes

• Support in month-end closing required
