Position: Project Financial Coordinator at Prodigy Group
Join Prodigy Group as a Project Financial Coordinator, where your skills will ensure seamless financial operations across various projects. This role requires strong accounting and organizational capabilities to manage transactions effectively.

As a vital part of the team, you will assist in the day-to-day accounting tasks essential to the success of our construction projects. With at least three years of relevant experience, you'll oversee the timely processing of invoices and payments, while maintaining communication with project teams and vendors to resolve any queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee invoice processing and payment runs

• Manage and respond to Accounts Payable inquiries

• Reconcile vendor accounts and ensure accuracy

• Coordinate with accountants on trade and vendor payments

• File payment backups accurately and methodically

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience

• Experience in the construction industry preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Familiarity with ERP systems is beneficial

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
