• Analyze and monitor outstanding accounts payable invoices

• Ensure accurate invoice processing and coding

• Set up and maintain vendor EFT information

• Collaborate on resolving billing errors with vendors

• Communicate payment statuses and administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Business, Accounting, or Finance

• 2-3 years of AP experience preferred

• Proficient in Excel, especially pivot tables

• Understanding of the procure-to-pay cycle

• Strong communication and multitasking skills
