  • Prepare Work in Progress (WIP) reports, reconciliations, financial analyses, and monthly reporting to support informed business decisions.
  • Provide forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis while identifying financial risks and opportunities.
  • Perform bank reconciliations, maintain accurate project documentation, and support project closeouts to ensure financial accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with internal finance partners to monitor consultant costs, disbursements, and overall project financial performance.
Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of progressive project accounting experience, ideally within architecture, engineering, consulting, or another professional services environment.
  • Experience managing project billing, accounts receivable, collections, and Work in Progress (WIP) reporting.
  • Strong understanding of project financials, including revenue recognition, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, with Deltek Vantagepoint considered a strong asset.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across finance and project teams.
